Because im over 50 i like to switch off between using this formula because of its bifidolacto and probiotic cultures where are so desperately needed in people over 50 and the ultimate flora extra care probiotic 200 billion which gives an awesome jumpstarting
If you havent used probiotics before you should take about 100 billion per day for 3 months and then taper down by 25 billion each month until you are at 1025 billion per day as a dietary supplement for maintenance
