Pros
The picture is very clear and internet setup was a breeze. Night vision is awesome - illuminated extremely well. It picks up the remote illuminators great.
Reolink rlc-410 4mp poe bullet camera. This is the easiest and fastest cctv camera i have set up and configured.
The cameras run flawlessly on my milestone server. These are the only brand of camera i will be using.
Cons
Hard cam to set-up / configure, oem app requires a password change, an arduous process which is not for the faint of heart! The record audio feature is a nice when it works. It works great with my off brand dvr, but the picture quality is poor.
H264 images display artifacts quite frequently (causing motion to be triggered) nightvision is a joke on these cameras because they deliver only 1 to 3 fps. The inability to turn off the ir leds makes it so that you cannot use external ir illumination... Read More
All works until the program is closed or the computer restarts. The files it dumps to my ftp are extension-less.
Their tech support via email is responsive but because it is not us based it's always next day. Expect no help and no documentation.
It looks kinda cool and will be a real headache to replace. There is a bit of a language barrier but the issue is that they do not even pay attention to what you are saying. There attempt at answering was in poor english.

The quality of this camera is awesome
Seems to be well built and picture is sharp and clear with good frame rate and reliability
I used with amcrests latest nvr and only got 720p from this camera
Video resolution is such that gnats or dust blown around show on the camera in nightview not during day view due to low contrast daytime
Price
These are great 10 years ago outdoor rated ip cameras were 700
It is about half the price of amcrests poe offering
Very inexpensive camera for the resolution and features

Warning the ir leds are not wide angle like the camera so youll get a bright well lit area in the center of footage but the outside peripheral view is still poorly lit

If you mount these directly out in the weather youll get nothing but starwars flashes from the ir leds reflecting off the rain

Note this model rlc410 has a better wide angle footage over the rlc420 they both are advertised as 80° viewing angle but the rlc410 seems wider without getting the fisheye distortion

Unfortunately this 410 is a bullet style camera not a dome camera like the 420 any baseball would knock the 410 bullet style out of frame from what you want filmed for security

When adding cameras to your network the app automatically found the cameras and all i had to do was put the userpassword in and it was done

Some onvif supported cameras take a while to connect and view on the nvr not these cameras immediate connection and displaying of video
