There was two cameras that were unfunctional however i install them and this is the only time i have had an issue

Only one complaint is the audio quality is not that great inside of the office you cant hear a full conversation if the camera is mounted up high right on top of the people who are talking

Sound has a hum when activated some cameras worse than others

And its stranded so if youre like me and would rather reterminate than have a coil of extra flopping around somewhere get the right endsthe cameras supply decent analog image newer hd cameras will of course be better and automatically switch to ir in low light

Turret cams are well sealed but the rj11 connectio is not

Have used revo for quite a few years now and this model is replacing the older one due to the fact after power loss it would not boot up and freeze on initializing
