Pros

The duo fash drive works great. Delivery in less time than advertised. Product according to specifications. Have no dislikes.

A must for cell phone portable storage. Transferring rate is lightning fast and the thumb drive doesn't get hot. It plugs into my android phone perfectly and downloaded all my music and pictures quickly.

Cons

Four plus years later became erratic- unstable connection. Doing this would erase all my pictures. The file is not loaded and is not deleted.

Do not trust amazon search. Info on the web is scarce. Fool me once, shame on you.

Device is bent and can not be inserted into a standard usb 2 or 3 port. It doesn't sync with my galaxy s5 mini even though it should, per info online. Was trying to use this for my husbands android phone. Will not connect to galaxy s8.

Tiny slippery metal drive with very difficult to remove plastic usb c cap. Seems like the mini-usb idea was an afterthought and was not from the original design. Having to remove the armor from my phone to use the drives is unacceptable.

It makes me nervous that ill not be able to use it in the future so ill probably get another one in hopes it wont come apart
