Pros & Cons
Pros

Excellent timekeeping. It keeps accurate time and wears beautifully. I just adjust the time once a week, no big deal.
Nylon strap that goes with it is just that - so the watch could be warn out of the box, up for replacement with array of nato's. This watch is my wear while gardening or in the shop watch. Not too small just right.
Seiko keeps them affordable. Super fast delivery. Made in japan stamp on the dial.
The snzg15 is a brushed stainless steel case, which i prefer for a field watch. Nice scratch resistant crystal feels like synthetic sapphire.
Cons
Time keeps very poor time. It looses about two minutes a week which i feel is excessive. It runs about 10 minutes fast each day, stops on occasion during the day, and stops overnight when not worn.
