I do take the medication prescribed by my doctor and my levels are fine but i still suffer some side effects from an under active thyroid
I actually bought these to help me shift
Wouldnt be without these because they are essential to help the thyroid work
I have taken different supplements in the past which have all helped and im hoping these will help too
