Unlike whitening strips from colgate or crest these are less sensitive, making it less harsh on your teeth and gums. No pain whatsoever.

You dip them into hot water and mold them to your teeth.

Reviewer spent seven hours wearing rubber mouth guards with goop in them. The material for the trays are supposed to be dipped in boiling water for 4 seconds than placed against the teeth to form a mold. My teeth are not even the slightest bit whiter.... Read More

My honest recommendation is to avoid the product. Aside from not working it is very time consuming" "beware of this product.

You have to be super careful not to get any water where the battery goes -- which means you'd better not put it under the faucet. Assume they either sent me a defective light, or one with dead batteries.

I would never consider purchasing after filtering through this boatload of fake reviews' 'they're all fake. Not a single one shows verified purchase.
