I was little skeptical about this product
Ive been seeing this same dude with the mullet for years advertised in muscle magazines promising to increase my bench
I have enjoyed the results from this product
But since i wasnt going to tote it around in my home gym i didnt buy one and improvised with the usual cable exercises for rotators
Price
A seemingly simple device that is made well yet its function follows form and is well worth its cost
The only reason it got 4 stars is because of cost
Havent seen a similar product for this price anywhere else

While i could do the shoulder rotation exercises freehand the freehand load is not properly isolated

Trying to do these exercises by holding your freefloating arm in place or with the oft pictured elbow on knee or bench is a poor substitute for the shoulderhorn
