The size, mold and color are not the same as the original equipment. Even the included instructions specifically state to only grab by the plastic ring at the base in order to avoid tearing!

Having said that the windscreen that comes with the mv7x is not good at all

Some people dont seem to understand that the plastic which the instructions refer to is the plastic on the default sm7b filter

I ended up buying the shure sm7b and it came with this same exact filter
