Pros

Shure mv7 is a hybrid microphone that supports both usb and xlr connections. It works very well as a usb microphone, and also allows you to upgrade to an xlr setup when you’re ready. The mic comes with two micro usb to usb type-c and microusb to usb.

It's deceptively heavy for it's size. Shure makes awesome quality products, though, so if it's in your price range, it's worth grabbing this. It's quite a bit heavier than it looks.

Shure's motiv audio app is a pretty robust piece of software for amateur use. The app you download on your computer is great, and the mic works excellent on auto mode. The touch panel on the top of the microphone is useful, allowing you to adjust your...  Read More

Clear and full-bodied. Your voice is buttery smooth.

The foam screen is perhaps not the best, but it is easy to supplement with a good pop screen on your stand. I have this mounted to the vivo stand-mic01 which you can find here in amazon.

Cons

As an audio mixer/musician/singer, it's easy to see that this mics sound quality to price ratio is out of line. The sm58 at $100 sounds nearly as good as this for speaking. It's not a mic people fall in love with.

Build quality is trash compared to shure's much cheaper dynamics. I am very disappointed that i thought they will send me a new product. The sticker is not original. It was replaced by another.
