I am no expert on the lingo used by the audiophile lawyers who often complicated simple facts with obfuscating languageits just that these cans are comfortable wonderful to listen to smooth and can be listened to for hours on end without having that feeling that your ears are burning your head in in a vice or that your brain is trying to avoid some of those nail on the blackboard moment when sibilant screeching takes over the sound and you try to convince yourself that its not really there since you paid a real packet for the headphones that are causing you consternation

Playing music directly out of my iphone they don’t sound very good so if you plan on doing that you would be better to buy something else
