Pros & Cons
Pros
Love these mats. Comes in very handy. Perfect as a less expensive alternative to the silpat brand.
They are the thinest i use but they have functioned as intended. Always follow manufacture's instructions. They make them in many sizes and are easily trimmed to size with scissors.
No more scrubbing or soaking pans. They are easy to clean, work well in the oven and freezer.
Work just like parchment paper without the waste. Can be used to bake vegetables, sweet potatoes. Once for veggie tots and once for cookies.
These mats are perfect for protecting your glass top induction cooktop. My wife likes her le crucet cast iron cookware. Great fit, easy to clean. Fits my pan well.
Cons
Too small for my air bake pans, too large for my 1/4 sheet pans. But not in one piece either. Because the fiberglass threads are exposed, the actual mat is sealed in another very thin layer of silicone.
