I would not recommend this for a party or flood light because it is a dull blue and wouldnt be bright enough

When the light senses that it is dark the unit will light up but remain dim

It will stay light until the movement has been gone for about 30 seconds and then goes back to its dim state

The light sensor is in the solar panel while the motion sensor is on the front the white circle

To test it you can just cover the panel with your hand and it should come on

I know that it is important to have a lot of direct sunlight otherwise overtime the battery will drain and never be fully charged which is bad for pretty much any type of battery

I bought 2 of these thinking that they wouldnt be that good but i could do something with them
