I am happy with this brand and it is a great value also. I never have to think about reordering, and it's even cheaper this way.
Magnesium citrate has several positive effects, especially relaxing you. I recommend taking it at night as it relaxes your whole body. It seems to really help my muscles relax!
Cons
Capsules broken, powder everywhere, capsules half open, stiff and crumbling. No one should use a product that is not sealed!

You do want to exclude any product that has magnesium oxide as it doesnt absorb very well and increases the likelihood of loose bowels

Thats generally considered a rather high dose as a supplement except for the fact that it may not be as bioavailable as the citrate

A product that has claims 2 capsules as a serving size with a count of 200 is exactly the same as the one capsule serving size and 100 if they contain elemental magnesium
