Pros

The taste is pleasant and because it's sublingual, the effect is very quick. The flavor is a hit. It tastes good and the price is right.

This brand is the best i’ve found for melatonin. There's no groggy feeling and it's a natural feeling of tiredness.

I personally take 1mg and tried other companies of 2 and 5mg and they gave me headaches and drowsiness. My nightly routine is to consume two tablets(1-mg. My children actually only need 250 mcg to help them fall asleep when restless before bedtime.

Cons

The taste is now very artificial and *. It tastes like orange creamsicle which is the most abhorrent flavor i have tasted. These are not the shiny bright white like the lozenge.
