They are thin, with poorly distributed padding. They are not squishy and gel filled like my asics. These are much thinner. They do a very poor job of distributing weight.
About 75% of the padding is located directly under the heel. The cushioning is not soft at all and offers no significant cushioning. The metatarsal pad is small and insignificant.
