While most insoles have too much volume in the heels for extra padding and change the fit of the shoe, this is pretty even throughout, save for the bit ofarch support. The flexibility enables one to go from high heels to placing them in tennis shoes.

The insole has a high arch and the position of the arch seemed to be too far back towards the heel. Felt like i was getting jabbed by these insole. The size i ordered is full length womens 9/10 mens 8/9, but they seem to be made for much smaller feet.... Read More
