Cons
The different components of the insoles delaminate almost immediately! The dark blue layer starts to slide down and ends up under your feet. The gel insoles are very heavy. Less cushion than superfeet blue.

These insoles look to be very wellmade and they are large enough to fit my shoes
Work very well held up working in a gravel pit
He has high arches and felt like his arches were always collapsing with the insoles that came with his running shoes
The cushioned effect wore out after several uses and have not reordered

A cheaphelpful alternative to buying new boots every 6 months

I have other spenco arch supports that are much better but cost a lot more
But comparatively from other spencos ive used in the past these have stood the test of time 7 month period between purchases

They are soft floppy and rubbery rather than hard or firm

We took the insoles that came with his shoes and laid them over top of the spenco inserts traced around the toe and side with a marker and then cut the insert to the proper size

I machine washed them front loader and line dry and tuck back in the shoes

I wear a size 15 and had to cut at least 14 inch off the toe to fit it in my shoes

That being said they come with guide lines for easy cutting if you do need to shorten it some
