Pros

It fits on my counter and works like a champ. It has the size of a commercial microwave. Easy to install with clear instructions.

The washer is enormous. Water pressure is enough to trigger an tankless water heater. Half the time i'm showering while it runs i just run it on cold and let it go longer.

My dishes come out spotless. The dishes are sparkly and extremely clean. The hinges are tight, the plastic pieces are nice.

Extreamly disappointed. I live in one of the largest cities in the us, but despite calling a dozen repair companies i could not find anyone who would repair it.
