The only downside is that it doesn't actually hold very many bags.

This thing is a flimsy piece of garbage. I feel like a * for paying $15 for it.
Utopia bag holders are thinner cheaper material and the adhesive strips were not nearly as strong. Not very sturdy once attached to a surface. The adhesive is not strong enough.
