Pros

Shorter penlight is easier to manuever near a patient's eyes. I use mine every day in maintenance/ machining and it is always in my left shirt pocket. Super heavy duty.

Only criticism is that it may be too slim for big fingers. Nice and thin. Looks like a nice pen.

Cons

The stylus is very heavy and won't really be useful for everyday us. I bought it thinking it was acapacitive stylus for touch screen devices. It's just a * flashlight.
