Pros
The sliding part moves easy so you can evenly reel in the hose. Works well but not very heavy, have to align the hose reel to get the hose to wind properly.

This product looks nice however the parts inside are plastic and you will want to be careful that you dont put to much pressure on them or they could snap and i would make certain you bring it into a storage area over winter where it is out of the elements if your winters are really cold

The base is not heavy so sometimes it shifts when you try to roll the hose out

Could use a bit more weight and sturdier parts as i dont see this lasting more than about 5 years based on the critical parts made of plastic

Not direct sun yet but the area i have it kept in does not get much sun so i am not anticipating warping issues with it
