Pros
The machine itself looks sturdy but precison is wanting a little here. The motor is powerful enough if the machine is used properly.
It works out those tight, achy muscles. It relaxes my muscles and i am now out walking again without a limp. Minimizes back pain. Helps lose inches and tighten skin.
You can use them for twisting and balance training and if nothing else, put them in your kitchen cabinet and rotate your spices! The machine works just fine and will shake your fat vigorously.
Your lymphatic system is a big part of keeping you from getting sick. A few minutes with the vibrating massage and your lymph fluid gets moving. After a couple of days you hardly itch at all.
Cons
Not sunpentown in my humble opinion. Uc-633 is now completely inoperative. I asked carrier about shipping if i send it back to get it fixed, shipping is about 60-100% the price of a new unit.

The assembly of the item should be simple but theyve made it less so because like a previous poster who commented back in 2012 said the screws theyve given me are too short and dont properly secure the handle bar which slides beneath the motor

It doesnt fit flush in the groove therefore the concern is that the motor which comes with even shorter 4 bolts bolts cannot be properly secured per instructions
