You do have to put the brightness all the way up even when youre looking straight on to get the full effect of the retina display

I like the fact that it does come with various tabs to 1 permanently stick to filter to monitor 2 permanently stick to filter so the tabs slide between the monitor frame and screen 3 permanently stick to monitor frame to hold in the filter against the screen

The display borders are flush with the display itself so there is no way to slide the privacy screen into the tab
