The velcro it comes with is cheap but that doesn't matter. It is well worth the monthly fee. Satisfied since day 1.

Unit pays for itself in saved time and hassle before you know it. I wish it calculated mileage when inserting starting points and end points. When you are using your milage as a deduction for taxes, this little unit is worth every penny.

Cons

Trip detected by the tracker cannot be edited if they are showing wrong times/distances. The trip has to be deleted and entered manually. The tracker takes too long to acquire gps signal, sometimes up to 5 minutes. This s a piece of junk.

I'm tempted to give a one-star review for this next one. That's just tasteless. As another review states, the customer service is a joke.

Reports are clunky and not very configurable. No clear documentation for solutions. You poke around until it works again, and pray that it will upload the next time.

The device needs to be configured on the mileage-ace website. It is not required unless a change to device configuration is required. There is no phone app, which is a big disadvantage.

It has tracked over 24000 miles for me so far this year

I would recommend to anybody wanting a simplified solution to milage tracking that is irs compliant to look into this product

No idea why this would ever get less than a 5star review

One missed trip a month in the old method would cost more than their subscription fee
