Pros
The rod works great. It excels at clearing jammed pellets out of the barrel. Had to get a longer cleaning rod due to a muzzle brake. Great rod, and extra length now allows me to get through 26 inch barrel and muzzle break.
Love the dual berrings. The whole carbon fiber shaft and brass tip are coated in a high quality clearcoat.
Cons
Went back to my coated otis cable setup. If there is a flaw in the carbon fiber process, dont keep it.
It bows way out so much you have to grab the rod and not the handle to feed it into the bore.

I appreciate the quality consistency and durability of tipton and this rod is no exception

I know it doesn’t effect the use of the product and i will use it but just not happy with the fact they shipped it out like that
Theres moment in life where you will realize that the product you were using sucks

The price is very reasonable for what you get
I only rate 5stars if a product is excellentsuperb

The tube is more important than just being packaging
Competitiveness
I have a 2734 22lr rifle barrel so i purchased the 3634 and it works well
I used them a lot thru a 6year period as a weekly target shooter and have never had an issue
10 minutes of polishing with this rod and some jbs bore cleaning paste finished with 30 strokes of flitz polishall from amazon

Cleaning a barrel is a pushpull motion not a lever up and down motion

If you have a 2634 barrel it many be either just short or barely long enough

At first you might not think that i could get excited about a simple cleaning rod but if youve been annoyed with cleaning rods in the past bending breaking stripping out etc
