I bought this system about a month ago and am very pleased with the systems performance and the support i received from tmezon
I also ran into an issue with the mobile phone support which caused the dvr to reboot almost every time i connected remotely
I did find 1 camera that was bad and contacted support via email and received a replacement in about a week
