The material can scratch which is fine if you want marks left but understand that there is a high chance for marks to be left particularly at the edge of the collar

We have had regular bed restraints before but nothing that includes the neck and nothing with the arms behind the back

Instead its put together where the strap slides through two rings and what holds it tight is it laying flat
