Pros

Treblab headphones have great sound quality and noise cancellation. The sound is not superior quality (bose, beats etc) but excellent for the price. They sound better than my samsung earbuds.

Earbud connector and hooks are great for not losing or dropping a bud and does not stand out too much or is too big. Ease of setup seems like that of a far more expensive set of bluetooth earbuds. Great headphones for the price they are hard to beat.

Cons

There's no indication of battery level until it's nearly exhausted. The photos are misleading. No sound in either side and won’t even charge.

I listen to everything but the bass is so bad it hurts my ears. Absolutely terrible for running or doing chores.

They shipped a replacement xr500 to me the same day

Had an issue with this pair but upon leaving feedback the company generously sent me an upgraded pair xr700 for free without me even asking

Competitiveness

The new set is even better than the xr100 which i have used for years

Much better then the 700 800 models

I am hoping to return them and buy a different brand

In my opinion the xr500 provides the best value however the xr800 is more stylish
