Technical support is very smart and courteous. Sound works fine. Those are the two languages in which i am fluent. Issue was resolved quickly, and not very painful.

It works sporadically and every update there is some new issue. It locks up, won't play the videos consistently. They’re totally useless. Slow or totally unresponsive. I was robbed.

Currently there is no audio and it logs you out randomly throughout the day. Surprised there are not more comments about the substandard user interface. Try wyze.

The site freezes up when trying to give feedback. The software and connectivity issues far outweigh the value and cost of these cameras.

Comcast's wi-fi camera system is terrible. Cameras go off line all the time. Each time your internet goes down (comcast drops about once a month) or have a power outage, you have to completely remove the camera and re-install it.
