Pros
Firm cushion, dual layer, top soft layer is 1inch and bottom little hard layer is 5inch. Quality is also awesome. I wasn't disappointed at all.
Customer experience is proactive and not reactive. Quality and packaging of the product is top notch.
Cons
First point color of of the cover is white which gets dirty very quickly. Dirty or used mattress is delivered and for returning asking customer to self pack and courier the mattress.
Both the bed and mattress are not compatible with each other. It is a joke that such a big company cannot get the fundamentals right of bed to mattress compatibility when it's from the same brand. It's too soft and edges are not farm. Go for different... Read More
