Open the back panel then remove knob just pull it out unscrew 2 screws then replace the part take the picture or use camera to take video in case you clumsy before unplug the color cables

My switch broke a week ago

The burner would just randomly change temperature going from a medium simmer to rapid boil without physically adjusting the knob

Original message the switch will not turn the burner on unless you turn it past 4 and then it will only momentarily turn on then back off again unless you turn it higher
