The exact maytag condenser motor for that fridge is several times more expensive than this generic whirlpool replacement

The physical aspects of this motor were a perfect fit for my maytag fridge the size and shape of the motor matches the mounting hole pattern matches the shaft diameter and length matches and it spins in the correct direction
