Pros
The only downside (if i can really call it downside) is it doesn't have an energy saver option to shutoff the unit completely when the temperature has been obtained, the fan continues on without cooling. Great dehumidifier, lasts very long time.
Cons
Air conditioner makes loud noise at night. Has to be a manufacturing defect and should be covered by the warranty. Looks usgly too so can't really fit the decor.

I get the sun all day like long so it was getting up to 90c with the high humidity
So i bought some smalls wall anchors to make a firm and strong connection with the slide panel the fixture and the hose

I like it but the cost is to high

Yes it makes noise just like at window air but is easier and a better installation solution for apartments

Whynter arc12s 12000 btu i found it very easy to install in a vertical window with some ingenuity and dont find it any noisier than my old maytag installed window airconditioner was in the older horizontal window
