As a doorbell system this can't be beat. I am a happy camper and i know when someone is at the door now. That alone is enough to alert the homeowner.

Easy to install -- use the included double-sticky tape to mount the doorbell and plug the chimes into an outlet. It's exactly what i needed without any fuss or large expense.

The sound settings are adjustable, & definitely loud enough that it can be heard when plugged in the back of the house. My only complaint is that when you plug in the speaker it's difficult to use the 2nd plug.

I hear clicking mechanism sound so i believe that’s really creating some energy to trigger the ring.

Cons

This takes what would have been an inoffensive design and makes it too tacky to put on my front door. Default sound is a simple ding-*.
