Pros
These are the collars to get for a standard 1 weight or dumbbell bar. I use them on an ironmaster curl bar, and they hold the weights on just fine. It makes my time in the gym that much effective.
Seller is awesome, nice packaging and excellent quality. They slide on easy and stay on. These are awesome. Way better than spring *! Love love love the quick clips.
Cons
After 4 months the * have started to slip and the plates would start to get loose. Anything more then that the plates will move the collar and the possibility of injury is present. Kylin sports collars work much better.

The only reason i did not give 5 stars is because they are a bit difficult to get on and off even with the clamp open

I wouldnt trust them if doing curls like a hammer but doing curls with the palms flat just fine

When i got these i had to break them in on the bar

The padding inside is oversized so they had to be worked on and clamped down for a while before they’d slide on and off easily

Only thing i ran in to was if your plates aren’t pushed all the way in and allowed to spin they may unlatch the clasp and make for an interesting set

I wouldnt use them for dumbbells because im not sure how they would hold up to gravity if the lift does not keep the bar fairly horizontal so id stick with spin locks for that

I understand they need to be tight to hold the plates on but they are not the easiest to take on and off if you want to change the weight during a workout
