I purchase this zosi h-264 to replace an older dvr that does not have all the features that my new zosi has. My support tech name is helly he was very glad to help me with my problem. Installed with existing cameras and a new camera.

Only issue i have is the internet connection keeps dropping off i’ve been using product for several months now

I did have a faulty product at first but i contacted customer service and they were quick to send a replacement
