Strongly recommend. Customer support is super and doris helped me through a couple of very small issues. The span is rather small - it's not a wide span, however it works for what i needed.

Great picture (no sound) day and night. Wider angle view, much better colour popping out at you. Interface is a bit klunky, however the images are clear.

Zosi cams are so much better than my swann cams i am replacing all the swanncams with these. Even wireless cameras need a power source, so you still have wires and you need an outlet near every camera! Camera is really great.

They switch camera image chips to a lower quality. Contrast, brightness, hue, etc. The night vision mode has red lights that turn on and it attracts all sorts of insects. Video quality is mediocre at best.

The terrible dvr software overrides any benefit here. Remote viewing and playback only works 10% of the time. The dvr interface is ok but clunky.

The app on android is a huge disappointment. Android app is nearly unusable, iphone app is a little better but not by much. The notifications for phone also turns off regularly, you have to turn it on every time you reopen the app.

The “help center’ is nonexistent and the manual isn’t even in english. The motion alerts only work if you keep the app opened which is terrible. I can't get it to email me for movement notifications.
