After confirming the dvr had malfunctioned after 1 week of use the seller agreed to send me a new one at no charge so at least the customer service appears to be good

The only problem ive found so far is the software for remote viewing on pc displays the time incorrectly

I contacted zosi and they helped me to choose which dvr system is best with the setup that i already have and the new dvr is working very well
