Camera pulls in a almost completely noiseless picture at night and amazing daytime picture. Equipment is very quality and good prices.

Louis at zosi was quick with the response and got me this camera exchanged completed with no fuss. Very good customer service from hugh.

Cons

If the dvr disconnects from internet just for 1 sec, you have to reconnect manually to view on your phone. The zosi mobile app is not compatible to newer versions of android phones.

As it is, i have to climb up and down the ladder and go back in the house as i blindly adjust each camera. The daytime video is blurry, cannot be adjusted and its highly unlikely that a persons identity would be made possible during daytime operation.... Read More

Customer support in this matter is non-existent. The only way to communicate is via email. Contacting zosi support has been useless. As soon as you start speaking the chat disconnects.
