The class was split into 2 parts where you observed how to make it and the next part is each person gets to go behind the bar to make their drink of choice from the list provided

Even though youre not behind the bar in the first part they pass samples around and take you step by step on how to add layers of flavors to drinks even those made with not so top shelf brands

With the top instructors in the country many of whom have pioneered american craft cocktail culture and cutting edge technology including pour spout count software im sure cabam will be awarded as the top bartending school in the us

I honestly signed up for the classes just for fun because i want to learn to make good drinks for friends not looking for a job
