It works for me so far even with my diverticilosis and extensive scarring of the bowel from infections. Helps with digestion; helps with regularity, and my lactose intolerance is less worrisome too.

Banyan ayurvedic products are the best formulations i have used. I like that it has cleansing herbs in the formula too.
