The set includes a one quart and two quart pot which is perfect for a single person. Both pots come with a glass lid with a vent hole to release steam. The see-through, vented lids are a nice touch.
Compromise pans -- that's what i'd call them. Like the pot a bunch. Good buy.
The non-stick surface is fantastic - nothing sticks to it, and it takes very little effort to clean. They are great for being easy to clean and the non stick helps keep a rue from sticking.
This * cleans up easily. It only takes a few wipes with a (non-scrub) sponge to clean. I love them because all of our other pots are so heavy and cannot go in the dishwasher.
They are lightweight but the quality also seems decently durable. Although not particularly high-end, they are lightweight and reasonably well made. They are nice, but a little thinner than expected.
No high temperatures and no metal utensils when cooking. The lid handles are not riveted and come unscrewed. The handle is so close to the glass that you can't lift the lid without using a pot holder.
The sides get wider at the top, which makes it easier to stir. It melts butter! I love this pan with it's little spout to pour. The yolk that is in semi-fluid state which tastes best to my *.
As is, it has to sit on the edge of a burner and is wobbly. Its too small for even my smallest burner. The spout is a joke.
