The product is good, the seller has good communication-overall i’m satisfied. Update… great customer service. New replacements were sent.
The timer feature is awesome! It takes the guesswork out of plant care and ensures that my leafy friends stay happy. A 16 hour generally is the minimum number of hours we see in summer, at the equator.

Timer unit does weird flashing lights while i’m trying to turn it on. It appears the light may have gone bad or the item is defective. A warranty is worthless if defective or missing parts cannot be replaced.
