Megnet is neither too strong nor too weak, perfect! The pieces look like metal and the weighting (with magnets) gives them a feel more like metal than plastic. It’s compact when folded, but you can still see the pieces/squares with clarity.
For infrequent travel use it seems pretty ok. Very well made and quick on the shipping. Affordable price and good quality product.
This is not just an awesome little travel set, but the algebraic markings make it great for propping up in bed at night and studying from the vast wealth of youtube tutorials. Its nice and portable.
The magnets are not very strong, either. The pieces should be molded with more shallow depressions for the magnets. The colors are practically indistinguishable! It does not work correctly--there is something wrong with the electronics.
Launching one butterfly results in about 10 feet of loft. Launching 3 at a time resulted in about 6 feet of loft. Great game for active toddlers. B day gift for the grandson.

Trouble brewing. Seriously hasbro. Flimsy trunk & mounting of the trunk base on the toy.
It should be called “shrivelfun,” or “gnatnofun,’ or any other name describing a woeful imitation of a great game. Everything is smaller and worse quality.
