From what i have read elsewhere the only way to get meaningful tech support on these enclosures from owc is to buy them prepopulated with their drives

If you look at the cost of owc enclosure drives solutions you can see why they can afford to give good technical support on prepopulated enclosures and dont give meaningful support on enclosureonly sales there is little to no profit margin on the enclosureonly sales

The manual is pretty sparse but the units are shipped with a full set of individuallypackaged cables

The cover has a habit of getting stuck and it would be great if there was a handle or other external knob to help open the thing i guess the oem expects the customers to use their keys to help open the cover which is bad design practice
