Diamond Quality
Customers are thrilled with the diamond quality of this lab grown tennis bracelet, which exceeded their expectations for both appearance and value. It's heavy, smoothly polished, and seems very well made.
Tennis bracelet is very attractive and solidly made
The bracelet fits my arm loosely; the slack is hidden by my arm.
I don't like simulated diamonds such as cz or moissanite, but these are real diamonds so i don't care that they were produced in a lab.
Price
I got the 2 carat because that's what i could afford at this time.
They are less expensive than natural diamonds but still aren't cheap.
Shipping
They immediately emailed me a shipping label and i returned it for them to add 1/2” to the bracelet.
I immediately called houston diamond, and was advised to wait til i received the bracelet, and make sure i loved it, then call them back.
Packaging/appearance
If you're ordering it for gifting the velvet box is nice too, and documentation is included.
The bracelet box has tabs to hold the bracelet but i laid the bracelet lower in the box so all of it would be visible.
Competitiveness
Their natural diamond tennis bracelets have even lower grades of diamonds at much higher prices.
Their prices were higher for comparable carat weight bracelets and many weren't the cleaner style i wanted nor set in 14k gold.

I felt for the money i wanted a bracelet that would be noticeable on me and just get the 3 carat but after much back and forth almost a month after receiving the bracelet back they still hadnt refunded my money so i canceled my order i dont know if the 3 carat would have been any better

Buyer beware if you decide to buy from houston and want to return the item youre going to have a hard time getting your money back
