One thing i must say though it is very thin and if it wasnt for the adhesive on it you would be just as good using tin foil with double sided tape

The best way to use it is to pull a little from the backing stick it to whatever you are using it on then let the rest stick as you gradually remove the rest of the backing

I bought this to put under a large shelf that i have over my fireplace the shelf was getting very hot and started to split the laminate on the underside
