Pros

The veggie capsule is a plus for me. It's easy to * and i don't crave for sugar. One with breakfast and one with lunch.

It has been instrumental in turning my pre-diabetic prognosis to normal a1c levels. It helps with digestion and hunger as well. Helps with appetite especially in my fasting window.

Cons

If you're on a 500mcg dosage go back to pure encapsulations. I watch for companies that state no fillers!
