The nulaxy is slim, with angled, shiny edges, and the top has a matte finish. The matte surface is wonderful and slick. The very edge is a polished aluminum and it looks great.
This pad is larger and accommodates my needs much much better. This thing is very sturdy. Not too high so no wrist fatigue issue.
It has four rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from moving around. It never slides and it provides a smooth accurate mousing surface. Rubber feet keep it very solidly in place when you're getting feisty with your mouse.
Cons
It's horribly loud and scrapey. A very unpleasant experience. It is very uncomfortable to rest your wrist on it. The sound is unbearable.

Its also really quite cold, so if you are a cold person, this product isn't for you.
Works pretty good but with the apple smart mouse it scratches a bit and wears the bottom out.
With the thin rubber feet, it hovers only a tiny bit off the table.

If you dont like any noise from the sliding mouse at all depending on what the bottom of your mouse is made of there is another product like this with leather cover that you might like better

I bought it for my secondary machine instead i chose to replaced the already quality made a good performing alienware pad on my main machine

Because its plastic vs aluminium buy its ok

The aluminium isnt coated with anything so sliding the mouse around is really loud
